An award winning US Law firm, based in the City, seek an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary (2 year min) to join them on a full time permenant basis with hybrid working
Litigation Legal Secretary
Working within Litigation and Anti-Trust, looking after a team of 6 Lawyers, you will be responsible for duties such as;
Litigation Legal Secretary
Handling confidential information
Managing inboxes and diaries
Greeting and assisting visiting clients/attorneys and projects
Drafting correspondence and documents
Travel booking
Maintains attorney address book and InterAction entries
Arranges audio conference
Reserves conference rooms and arranges setup
Prepares and processes conflict checks, new business intake and AML
Creates and maintains binders (e., working, closing, case, trial, etc.)
Expense processing

This firm specifically need someone with strong digital dictation skills and the ability to juggle a variety of tasks.
