Legal Secretary | Leading City Law Firm | Central London - Hybrid | Up to £42,000

Join a leading city law firm as their new Legal Secretary, supporting at Partner level in their construction team;  this role offers the successful candidate the chance to further their Legal Secretary career in the Construction / Law sector, working with and learning from the best.

The Role:

As the new Legal Secretary, your key responsibilities will cover:

  • Pro-active diary management.
  • Drafting documentation (engagement letters, agendas etc).
  • Supporting fee earners with Marketing and Business development.
  • Travel arrangements.
  • Meeting organisation.
  • Accurate filing.
  • End to end billing.
  • Client matter management.
  • General day to day administrative tasks and supporting other members of the team when needed.

Key skills and experience:

The successful Legal Secretary will ideally have exposure to construction law or have a real estate/property litigation background. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced team, providing PA support to leading lawyers in their field. You will: 

  • Have similar experience in a Legal Secretary/PA position within a law firm.
  • Boast strong IT skills – Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Be proactive, flexible and a team player.
  • Have confidence in liaising with clients and fee earners at all levels.
  • Be highly organised with the ability to work to deadlines.
