Our client, a public sector organisation based in Surrey is seeking a locum Legal Administrator to join their legal services team on a part-time basis for 3 days per week, for an anticipated period of 3 months.

This position is to be worked on a hybrid basis, with at least one day per week to be worked in the office.

Responsibilities of the Legal Administrator:

The successful Legal Administrator will be responsible for supporting the legal services team on a day-to-day basis with a range of administrative duties.

Responsibilities may include;

  • Preparation of court bundles
  • Dealing with the administration of the Case Management system to set up new files for the legal services team
  • Word processing, copying, scanning documents
  • Dealing with general enquiries relating to the work of the legal services
  • Purchase ordering, processing and raising invoices

Experience required for the Legal Administrator:

  • Previous administrative experience; experience within a legal environment would be advantageous
