A high street firm in Central Edinburgh is eager to find Legal Secretarial support for its team which will have a Family law & Private Client focus. All round position where no two days will be the exact same, looking for somebody that can roll up their sleeves and will be happy to turn their hand to anything.

The Role 

Joining a busy and talented small team of 15 that really cares about providing a quality and long-lasting service to its clients, you will be asked to support the firms welcoming private client team with wills, powers of attorney and executries. 

Finding yourself in a client facing role within a lively office, welcoming clients and building positive and meaningful relationships. While assisting the team with opening files, client handling, retaining clients, along with seeking referral’s and file closing. 

The Candidate 

• Do you have existing experience with LawWare? 
• Gained 1 - 2 years’ experience already? 
• Have you previously gained experience administrative experience?
• Do you have a basic understanding of private client matters?
• Are you somebody who finds yourself going above and beyond and enjoys getting good results?

If yes, then this could be an ideal role for you to increase your experience with a hard-working hands-on approach team.
