Legal Secretary - Conveyancing - from £30k
Salary:
From £30k per annum + benefits
Our client, a law firm established for over 40 years, are looking for a legal secretary to join their Borehamwood office.
The ideal candidate will have strong secretarial skills and at least 5 years conveyancing experience to join their dynamic and friendly team.
About You
- Previous experience working as a PA/Secretary in a busy environment.
- A strong understanding of MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Proven IT skills and an interest in new ways of doing things.
- Strong organisational / self-management skills
- Articulate and confident in communicating at all levels within and outside the organisation (written and verbal).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Well organised and comfortable taking the initiative.
- Strong client service orientation - proactive, adaptable, flexible and responsive.
- Resilient and able to perform under pressure.
- Professional approach, strong integrity and appreciation of the confidential nature of the work.
- Has the ability to work as part of a team and establishes good working relationships at all levels
