Our client, a law firm established for over 40 years, are looking for a legal secretary to join their Borehamwood office.  

The ideal candidate will have strong secretarial skills and at least 5 years conveyancing experience to join their dynamic and friendly team.

About You

  • Previous experience working as a PA/Secretary in a busy environment.
  • A strong understanding of MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Proven IT skills and an interest in new ways of doing things.
  • Strong organisational / self-management skills
  • Articulate and confident in communicating at all levels within and outside the organisation (written and verbal).
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Well organised and comfortable taking the initiative.
  • Strong client service orientation - proactive, adaptable, flexible and responsive.
  • Resilient and able to perform under pressure.
  • Professional approach, strong integrity and appreciation of the confidential nature of the work.
  • Has the ability to work as part of a team and establishes good working relationships at all levels

Benefits:

Company pension On-site parking  

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Full or part time (4 day minimum for part time)
