What will you do?
- Join an already high performing commercial property team
- Be the first point of contact for clients and intermediaries (and have regular communication with them)
- Monitor and manage email traffic
- Produce documents and draft letters and emails
- Audio and copy typing
- Open, close and archive client files
- Undertake anti-money laundering checks and run conflict checks
- Ensuring documents and e-filing are stored correctly
- Arranging payments in and out and transfers between accounts
- Although based in Taunton you will work with a national team on matters across the UK and beyond
What will you need?
- To have at least one year’s experience as a Legal Secretary within a law firm
- Commercial Property experience would be ideal, but not essential
- To be able to work from the office in Taunton at least 3 times/week
