Litigation Legal Secretary , Portsmouth

My client is a multi-service law firm and this is a role for an experienced legal secretary to provide support to two departments, Litigation and Family Law.

The role will involve assisting and supporting the fee earners and providing a high level of secretarial services.

You will not just be involved with general typing and secretarial duties, it will provide you with an opportunity to expand on your current skills and knowledge by undertaking duties such as drafting court documents and preparing trial bundles as well as producing documents using digital dictation and case management systems.

The candidate must have a friendly and professional attitude, be adaptable and willing to take on more complex workloads.

The role would suit someone who is organised, work well under pressure, accurate and has excellent attention to detail. The candidate should have strong spoken and written communication skills and must also work well independently and as part of a team in order to meet deadlines.
