This private practice law firm requires a legal secretary to join the successful Private Client Department based in the Fareham area.
Our client is an established law firm in Hampshire. You will be providing support and working directly for solicitors within the Private Client team.
The ideal candidate will have fast and accurate typing skills, including audio, and be comfortable with using online case management systems. Strong administration and organisation skills are required - including competency with diary management.
You will also be responsible for general administrative duties and ensuring that files are kept up to date. The firm is looking for someone who can show initiative and who is hardworking with experience of working in a team environment.
In return, you will be provided with training and support to develop your skills and knowledge and advance your career.
The ideal candidate must have at least 6 – 12+ months' prior experience of working as a legal secretary.
Specific private client wills, trusts and estates experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to develop a legal secretarial career. Full Time. Permanent. c. £18500 per annum.
