Fantastic opportunity for someone with a desire to get experience in a law firm and kickstart a career. The role is a six-month role as a junior administrator, comprising managing telephones and doors, sorting and distributing incoming mail, answering the door, keeping stock of office supplies and ordering the same on an ad hoc basis, filing and archiving, meeting and greeting clients and other ad-hoc administration duties.
This is a new role and no previous office experience is necessary, but we would expect the ideal candidate to be self-motivated and trustworthy with good attention to detail; competent in prioritizing and working with little or no supervision; punctual and organized; a good telephone manner and a working knowledge of Word and Excel.
Salary circa £18,000 - £20,000
