I am interested in hearing from Company Commercial Solicitors who would be interested in hearing more about a position that has come up within one of Cambrdgeshires leading law firms at their office in Peterborough.
It is likely that the successful candidate for this position will have between 1-5 years PQE dealing with company commercial matters within a well respected commercial department.
You will be joining a successful legal 500 and chambers listed team dealing with a caseload of commercial matters including advising on business/share sales and purchases, business setup and reorganisations, data protection, IT agreements, terms of business and other general commercial matters.
You can expect to be working on a regular flow of good quality commercial work from clients based both within the UK and internationally.
This is a great opportunity for a commercial lawyer to join a team whereby you will able to continue your career working alongside some of the leading experts in Cambridgeshire working in this area of law
