Private Client Legal Secretary.
One of our key clients is seeking an experienced legal secretary to join their Private Client department in central Nottingham.
The successful private client legal secretary will be supporting a partner who is a specialist in estate planning, trusts and capital taxes. They act for individuals and business owners throughout the East Midlands region and are recommended as a personal tax specialist in both Legal 500 and Chambers. Their work focuses mainly on inheritance tax, capital gains tax and succession.
Your key duties will include digital dictation; storing documents using a case management system; general administration such as scanning, printing and photocopying; opening and closing files; booking and preparing meeting rooms; making travel arrangements; reviewing time sheets; and drafting routine emails and letters.
To be considered for this private client legal secretary position based in Nottingham, it is essential that you have experience working as a secretary in a law firm with at least 12 months' of that coming from within a Private Client department.
