I am working with an excellent law firm based in Warrington who are currently recruiting for a Legal Secretary to join their Personal Injury department on a permanent basis.
The Legal Secretary will be assisting a senior Associate and Legal Executive within the personal injury department with the following duties:
* Preparing and managing correspondence, legal documents and reports
* Organising meetings, conferences and travel arrangements
* Answering the phone and taking messages
* Take, type and dispute minutes in meetings
* Organise diaries and meetings
* General administration duties for the office
The client is looking for someone who has at least 2 years' experience working as a legal secretary within the personal injury department, to have knowledge of using Proclaim as well as having excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The salary on offer for this position is up to £22,000 depending on experience.
