Legal PA - Corporate - 1 Year FTC

This role is working at Partner level within this firms renowned Corporate department, 9:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. As with all roles of this nature, this is the perfect opportunity for any immediately available Legal Secretary / Legal PA to prove themselves as an invaluable addition over a generous amount of time, in order to place themselves in the strongest possible position to secure a permanent role within the firm upon completion of their contract.

Needless to say, a firm of this size always have vacancies arising due to growth and internal moves, so any accomplished, immediately available Legal Secretary / Legal PA would be well advised to take advantage of this role requiring an immediate start!

This role is working at Partner level, supporting 2 Partners and 4 Associates of varying levels of seniority. This role is situated within the Corporate department, meaning that the successful Legal Secretary / Legal PA MUST have some experience gained within a Financial area of law (Banking, Corporate, Finance, Capital Markets M&A etc)

In order to be considered for this Legal Secretary / Legal PA position, you must possess the following skills/attributes:

- At least 4 years experience gained as a Legal Secretary / Legal PA within a recognised law practice

- Excellent MOS package skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) In-house systems training will be provided

- A tested typing speed of at least 60wpm (JM Legal can provide testing)

- Able to start work within 4 Weeks!
