Legal PA
A successful boutique law company by Cavendish Square is seeking an experienced and professional Legal PA / Secretary to join their Commercial Property department.
The company offers a great benefits and culture in return your hard work. Such an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal PA or Team Assistant to join a leading law firm - low staff turnover in the company!
Experience in Commercial Property and in a legal industry would be beneficial.
The main duties for the Legal PA would be:
-Provide a high/level secretarial assistance to three Partners and one Associate in the Property Department
-Extensive travel bookings and diary management
-Typing of correspondence and documentation
-Land Registry applications, searches etc.
-Provide back up support to other team secretaries
The ideal Legal PA would have the following attributes:
-Able to demonstrate relevant secretarial experience
-Flexible attitude and work effectively under pressure
-Organised manner with ability to prioritise workload
-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Salary: up tp £40k depending on experience + bonuses twice a year
