Are you a Property Legal Secretary/Administrator looking for your first role within a City based Law firm?

My Client, who are based on the doorstep of Liverpool Street are seeking an experienced Junior Property Legal Secretary to join their well established team.

They are a leading City law firm who provide high quality Legal services to UK and International Clients. They are recognised as being a medium-sized niche firm, specialising in Commercial/Corporate, Civil Litigation, Community Housing, Employment, Projects and Property especially in the area of Social Housing.

Over the past few years they have grown significantly and now have over 200 staff members. They focus on building strong, long working relationships with their Clients and appreciate that they can only do this with a strong team of staff members who are happy and committed to providing a first class service to their Fee Earners and indeed Clients.

Duties include:

*Audio and copy typing and document processing.
*Producing presentations and spreadsheets.
*Extensive diary management for the fee earner(s).
*Arranging travel - flights, trains, accommodation.
*Receiving phone calls from clients; routing them or taking messages as appropriate, liaising with external clients.

Requirements:

*1 years' minimum Legal Secretarial/Administrative experience.
*ILEX Secretarial qualification.
*A typing speed of +60wpm, together with relevant legal secretarial experience.
*A high attention to detail to produce work / documentation which is consistently of a high standard.
*Familiar with MS PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Internet applications.
*Ability to prioritise workload to increase efficiency for the team.
