Float PA at Private Client Law Firm – c£35,000

Our client is a well-respected law firm based in between Cannon Street and Bank stations who specialise in high net worth private client work, but who also cover a mixture of other work including property, litigation and family law – on behalf of these private clients.

Due to recent growth and expansion they are looking for an additional PA to join their highly successful team. The role will be permanent, but floating across the firm supporting lawyers whose PA are off on long-term leave or holiday as well as maternity covers. This should keep you pretty busy, but if you’re not in a long-term seat you will work alongside the other PAs supporting their fee earners.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys the variety of temping and the opportunity to get to know everyone at a firm rather than just your pod, but who wants the security and stability of a permanent role at a respected and supportive firm.

What they are looking for is a confident legal secretary/legal PA with at least 5 years’ experience, ideally with an emphasis on private client (will, trusts & probate) work who is flexible, adaptable and able to work with people of all levels.

This would also suit an experienced private client legal PA who would like the opportunity to learn new areas of law but is struggling to find a city firm who will consider someone with only private client experience.

The role has been newly created so is available immediately but they can wait for the right person. Personality and attitude will be as important as private client experience and technical skills.
