Highly successful firm in Coventry seeks a Conveyancing and Probate Legal Secretary.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a legal secretary with experience in either conveyancing or probate to join our clients practice located in Coventry. The successful candidate shall support fee earners specialising in both conveyancing and probate matters, managing a varied workload of administrative duties with minimal supervision.
• Typing legal documents
• Using case management systems
• Opening, closing and archiving files
• Liaising with clients
• Diary management
• Drafting instructions to counsel
• Data processing and management
• General administrative duties
• Applications are encouraged from legal secretaries with solid experience in either conveyancing or probate matters
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrate excellent technical skills
• Excel in communication with clients and professionals
