Family Law Legal PA needed for a fun Media & Entertainment firm!
Salary: £48,000
Location: West-End
Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 from home

A much-loved Law firm are looking for a Legal Secretary PA for an initial 12-month fixed term contract to join their famous Family/Matrimonial team.
Supporting a Senior Partner/Head of Department with a reputation for dealing with high profile (celebrity!) clients, they are looking for a bright and intuitive Legal Secretary PA to be their eyes and ears on the ground whilst the Partner is out gaining new business and clients.
Everyone at the firm is similarly minded - it's a vibrant and buzzy workplace where everyone mucks in together and the same applies for their social scene.
Your reward for negotiating the journey is to be based close to London's best bars and shops so you'll have no problem spending your hard-earned money at the end of the day!
For an idea of the duties, see below:
- Diary management including internal, external/client/business development meetings and lunches
- Typing and amending correspondence and documents as required
- Inbox management
- Preparation of bundles
- Use of ChromeRiver
- Organising, e-filing and scanning documents into document management system
- Setting up of new clients and matters
- Preparations and coordination of billing
- Lodging court applications, drafting court documents and forms such as Divorce Applications and Form E (via Quantum and MyHMCTS)
- Checking for updates on the MyHMCTS portal
- Liaising with barristers' chambers
- Occasionally attending court, conferences with Counsel, meetings with clients and mediation sessions
- Assisting with any marketing and events and updating the website
It is necessary that any applicants have Family or Matrimonial Law experience from either a Private Practice Law firm in London or a regional Law firm. Those without Family Law experience will NOT be considered.
