This is an exceptionally friendly and supportive environment and would be ideal if you are looking for your first role in a City firm. The firm provides excellent training and mentoring for you to develop your skills. They are initially looking for someone to provide reception support but as you gain in confidence and skills, they are looking to train the successful candidate to take on some secretarial duties. This will be a varied role but duties will include:

  • Providing full administrative support to include filing, faxing, archiving, scanning and photocopying administration support
  • Full front of house support including meeting and greeting all clients and visitors and answering the phone
  • Managing meeting room bookings and preparing the meeting rooms including booking refreshments, ensuring IT / video links are set up etc.
  • Providing basic secretarial support including assisting with overflow typing and dictation and basic document work
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post

It is essential you are educated to A ‘levels or equivalent and/or someone who has completed a legal secretarial course.
