Location: City Thames Link - St Paul's

 

Working Arrangement: Working 4 days in the office/ 1 from home ( 9 am - 5 pm )

 

Salary: Up to £53,000

Role Overview This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Legal Secretary to support partners and fee earners within this amazing US Law firm on a 6-month FTC basis.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Diary managementBillingOrganising and managing calendarsDrafting and preparing correspondenceArranging travel itineraries and bookingsScheduling client meetings

 

Qualifications:

 

Minimum of 8 years of experience in a busy law firmExceptional organizational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
