An expanding Holborn law firm requires an experienced residential property PA or secretary to provide full secretarial PA and administrative support to the residential property team. Our client requires a secretary who is capable of doing, and has a good understanding of all of the relevant property searches and procedures and happy to deal with client enquiries.

  • Liaising with clients and developers
  • Dealing with and completing Land Registry forms
  • Land registry searches
  • Liaising and corresponding with clients
  • Opening files Post-completion
  • Amending legal documents including leases and sales agreements

 A minimum of one year’s experience in property as a secretary / PA is essential, and you must also have strong IT skills and a solid understanding of searches and procedures. There will be extensive client liaison in this role so being a confidential, competent communicator is also essential. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an excellent well-established practice and is ideal for someone either with at least a year’s experience in a London firm or if you have been working in a local or regional firm and now want to make the move to a London practice.
