US Law Firm client is looking to hire a temporary Legal PA for an initial 4-8 week assignment, starting ASAP to work in their Litigation team with an hourly rate equivalent of £48,000 per annum, the working hours are 9:30am to 5:30pm with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.
This temporary legal PA role will be to support Partners and fee-earners in the Litigation department with duties including booking meetings and amending / formatting slides, diary and email management, new matter set-up, travel arrangements and multi-currency expenses.
They are looking for someone with Litigation experience, digital dictation skills (this is essential) and the usual secretarial skills; documents, travel, time entries, billing etc.
Candidates must be available to start week commencing 12th December and have no extended holidays booked over the next month with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal PA, preferably within a Litigation department.
