Company Secretarial Legal Director - Thames Valley
Excellent opportunity to join an award winning, full-service law firm which is growing fast.
The firms busy and successful Corporate and Commercial department are looking to expand the Company Secretarial team and grow their work in this area.
You will enjoy an interesting and varied mix of duties to include:
Be responsible for providing company secretarial services to a number of corporate clients to include listed companies;Provide those services to existing, new and prospective clients of the Firm and ensuring best practice delivery of the services;Co-ordination of agendas and board packs as required;Liaising with Nomads and Registrars, as required;Develop the corporate governance and company secretarial offering to attract a broader range of stand-alone clients;Networking with a view to attracting a broader range of stand-alone clients to the corporate secretarial team.
To apply for this role you should be an ICSA qualified Company Secretary, or training towards the qualification and have experience in working in a professional environment and with a variety of clients that includes a portfolio containing a mix of corporate entities including private limited companies including SPV's; PLCs (listed/unlisted) LLPs. You must also have the desire and ability to lead a team. Charity and or financial services or and or educational governance would be an advantage.
