Job Title:
Commercial Legal Secretary
This highly reputable and successful Legal 500 law firm is seeking an experienced legal secretary to join its Commercial Department.
Whilst experience in Commercial would be preferred, this is not essential from the role and candidates without are urged to apply.
Duties for this Commercial Legal Secretary role will include:
- Audio typing and the inputting of documents and correspondence of team members
- Filing – storage and retrieval of files
- To make appointments, arrange meetings and maintain an up-to-date Outlook diary for team members
- To deal with incoming and outgoing post
- To photocopy and scan documents to required standard
- To assist team with general administrative tasks including the preparation of plans
- To complete SDLT Forms for the team
- To prepare Financial statements
- To provide reception cover as and when needed
