The Client

Our client is a renowned and highly respected City law firm – they are now looking for an experienced Legal PA who has extensive experience within Employment law.

This role will initially be for 6 months – with a view to being extended/made permanent.

You will be providing a first-class Legal PA support service to an incredibly busy Employment team, including dedicated support to Partners and Fee Earners.

The Role

Legal PA duties will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for clients
  • Scheduling internal and external meetings
  • Assisting with the preparation of court bundles and lists of documents
  • Managing and maintaining busy diaries of Partners
  • Assisting secretarial workload of colleagues when necessary
  • Assist with marketing activities as and when required
  • Coordinating billing and credit control

The Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 year’s Legal PA/Secretary experience gained in an Employment law department
  • Previous experience of working within a reputable law firm
  • Strong typing skills – minimum typing speed of 70wpm
  • Ability to manage a heavy workload
  • Fantastic organisational skills
  • High attention to detail
