Legal Secretary (Residential Conveyancing) | Skipton

Our client, a well established and respected law firm located in Skipton are seeking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary to join their busy Residential Conveyancing department on a permanent basis.

The Legal Secretary role will involve assisting Fee Earners with their caseload, handling client enquiries over the phone and face to face, dealing with post and emails, diary management, opening and closing files, file preparation, using their Case Management system Proclaim and general administrative and secretarial duties.

The ideal Secretary will have at least 12 months Residential Conveyancing experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills. As well as this you must be well organised, provide exceptional service to clients, have strong IT skills including Outlook, Excel and Word along with a positive and enthusiastic attitude with a keen eye for detail.
