A small, rapidly expanding firm is currently recruiting for an experienced PA/ Legal Secretary to join the Team at their Nuneaton Office.

The Role:

The successful PA / Legal Secretary will provide secretarial support by booking train tickets, dealing with finances, invoices, picking up court documents and other ad hoc duties.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess proven secretarial and administrative skills with the ability to liaise with clients both in person and by telephone, you must be able to think on your feet and also adapt to the needs of the business. There will be times where you need to drive to pick up court documents so you must have a vehicle and preferably a clean license.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 3 years experience within PA / Legal Secretarial work to join a firm that supports their staff and has family run feel to it, flexible with their needs given you are flexible with them.

The firm requires candidate to have a typing speed of at least 75 WPM.

Benefits:

 

Salary will be £21,000 - £24,000
