Commercial Property Legal Secretary
A legal secretary with previous experience working in private practice is required by a commercial property department of a law firm in their Hampshire office to work on a full time basis.
The Firm
A very well established law firm with offices located in Hampshire providing a full legal service to businesses and individuals. Their Commercial Property team forms part of the Commercial Department and employs both commercial property lawyers and commercial lawyers.
The Role
The role is to replace a legal secretary working for a commercial property solicitor working on sales and purchases of commercial property including leases and landlord & tenant work. The commercial property legal secretary will have excellent typing skills, audio and copy typing, be required to answer the telephone, making appointments, undertake office administration, manage diaries, undertake property searches and deal with Land Registry. The role is commutable from Totton, Chandler's Ford, Southampton, Romsey and Eastleigh.
