The Role
The Conveyancing Assistant will support a Residential Conveyancer with all aspects of the conveyancing administration process from providing quotations through to supporting exchange and post completion matters. The role will also require making client appointments, opening files, ensuring all necessary identification documents are collated and client, as well as, 3rd party documentation is typed accurately.
The Candidate
The successful Conveyancing Assistant will have had previous property experience in supporting fee earners through the sale and purchase of property as a legal secretary. The Conveyancing Assistant will be a well organised person with previous proven skills in support property lawyers in a secretarial capacity. The successful Conveyancing Assistant will have a good client manner, be IT literate, have attention to detail and be able to work as part of a team.
Salary to £23,000
