Are you a Legal Secretary, specialising within Residential Conveyancing, who is looking for a new opportunity within a local and friendly firm in Kingston Upon Hull?
Sacco Mann are working with a friendly and supportive East Yorkshire based firm. They specialise with Commercial and Residential property law, as well as Private Client matters, providing a high quality and personable service.
The role of the Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary will involve providing support to Fee Earners within the team. This may include but not be limited to: audio typing, dealing with clients and external agencies, delivering search results, ID checks, submitting SDLT applications. There will also be general admin required such as photocopying, filing, scanning, printing and archiving files.
To apply for this role you will ideally have previous legal experience within a Residential Conveyancing department within a legal secretary position.
