Sacco Mann are currently recruiting for a Legal 500 law firm who are currently looking for a Legal Secretary to join their Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team, based in Chester. The role is permanent and full time.
The firm specialises in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence and have a fantastic reputation for providing excellent quality of service. They provide services such as; Medical Negligence, Cerebral Palsy, Personal injury, Conveyancing, Road Traffic Accidents and Head Injuries.
The general duties of the Personal Injury Legal Secretary based in Chester, are as follows:
* Typing correspondence, letters, reports, statements and instructions
* Opening and closing files
* Managing the diary and emails of the Fee Earner
* Organise and book meetings
* Liaising with clients and other legal professionals over the phone when necessary
* Taking accurate messages and relaying to the Fee Earner in a timely manner
* Handling incoming and outgoing post
* Ordering and maintaining stationery supplies
* Providing general administration support to the Fee Earners, including photocopying, scanning and filing
* Excellent communication skills
The ideal candidate for the Legal Secretary role, will have past experience working as a Legal Secretary and should also have Litigation experience.
