An exciting opportunity for a residential conveyancing assistant to join a busy conveyancing department based in Bolton.
Our client is a multi-locational firm with offices spanning across the north west of England. Although the firm advertise themselves as a regional firm, they provide services for their clients across the entirety of the UK. They pride themselves on their friendly, professional service and their strong client relationships, which has allowed the firm to grow organically from the beginning. They boast an array of awards and accreditations for their work, including Lexcel accreditations and accreditations from the Law Society.
An ideal candidate will have gained experience working as a residential conveyancing assistant with exposure to purchase transactions and sales. You should be able to provide full assistance to fee earners within your team with in depth knowledge of conveyancing processes. This role requires you to have excellent communication and organisational skills, coupled with an ability to work well as part of a team.
