Legal Secretary - Mergers & Acquisitions

A fantastic new role has arisen, working for one of the most prestigious US law firms in Central London. This is a well established US law firm, who have recently made some very high-profile hires in the last 9 months, and now due to growth, require a Legal Secretary to join them on a permanent basis. This is working for a Partner level allocation within the Mergers & Acquisitions team, in a role that will provide full secretarial support to the team.

The successful Legal Secretary will be joining a US law firm that have been established in London for over 40 years, this firm have been continuously growing throughout that time and now have over 200 employees in their London office. Legal Secretary - Mergers & Acquisitions

This role will be working the hours of 9:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with a minimal requirement for overtime. This is a highly attractive position for the right candidate as it offers the opportunity to take a newly created role, and "make it your own". The ideal candidate for this position is:

- An individual with experienced gained working for a recognised law firm in Central London.
- A Legal Secretary with experience gained working within a transaction based area of law (Corporate, Banking, Finance, M&A etc) preferably at Partner level.
- An individual with experience working in a balanced role, carrying out both organisational and technical/document based tasks.
- A Legal Secretary with a "can-do" attitude and a desire and ambition to progress their career with one of the most exciting US Law Firms in London.
