A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a commercial property paralegal to join an established, well-liked, medium-sized UK law firm based in Southport. The firm is seeking a responsible paralegal with the ability to work efficiently and confidently in a team with at least 6 months' experience in commercial property or residential conveyancing.
The firm is a reputable and award-winning legal practice that places client's needs at the centre of everything it does and due to consistent expansion, this position has become available. The firm is agile, progressive and easy to engage with, which makes it an attractive place to work.
The candidate must be able to show an ability to take on responsibility and manage and progress matters independently; have a flexible can-do attitude; a strong client focus and commitment to service delivery; and the necessary drive and enthusiasm to be able to succeed and fit into the team dynamic.
Your responsibilities would include liaising with clients and 3rd parties in a courteous and helpful manner; handling first line client queries; administrative matters; attending and taking notes for meetings; preparation of complex documentation, client care letters, terms and conditions and ensuring all templates/precedents are up to date; and proactively supporting lawyers in their commercial property matters.
