We have a rapidly expanding client with global reach looking for a Corporate Paralegal to join their team focusing on health care in Liverpool. The Role will involve administration duties and fee earning assistance within a close knit team.
The firm is a long-established, Legal 500 firm with a strong presence across the market along with other accolades and awards won. They pride themselves for their dedication to client satisfaction and provide a supportive, open and rewarding working environment.
The Successful candidate for the role will be required to have a strong commitment to their role and must be a great communicator who flourishes within a team. Experience in a similar role would be beneficial. To be successful the candidate will need to possess all of the following attributes and skills:
Previous corporate paralegal experience.
Self Confidence
Ability to work quickly, efficiently and accurately
Be flexible and adaptable in order to meet clients demands and expectations
Ability to implement and utilize process with accuracy
The want to build a broad experience of corporate transactional work
