The Role

The firm is seeking to hire a new Corporate Legal Secretary into their City of London office.

The Corporate team provide world leading, global advice to the world's largest organisations and corporations. They are at the forefront of legal and technological advancement. They advise on M&A's, private equity, corporate reorganisation and governance, company secretarial, IPO's and more.

You will be an integral part of the Corporate team, ensuring that the fee earners are working to their maximum potential and supporting them in their work. As a result, you will need to have worked at a world leading law firm in a leading Corporate department.
