One of our long-standing clients is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Private Client department in central Nottingham.
The team cover all private client matters, including bereavement & probate, wills, trusts, lasting powers of attorney and court of protection. The team also assist with the administration of an estate, obtaining probate and dealing with the documentation, assets and legal requirements that are involved.
The successful private client legal secretary would be supporting a senior solicitor who has recently joined the team. Your key duties would include digital dictation; storing documents using a case management system; general administration such as scanning, printing and photocopying; opening and closing files; booking and preparing meeting rooms; making travel arrangements; reviewing time sheets; and drafting routine emails and letters.
To be considered for this Private Client Legal Secretary position, it is essential that you have experience working as a Secretary in a law firm and at least 12 months' of that must come from within a Private Client department.
