Sue Ross Legal are recruiting on behalf of a leading firm of Solicitors based in the Nottingham area. We are looking for applications from experienced Court of Protection Administrators or Secretaries to join a hard working and friendly team.

This role will see you providing support within the Court of Protection team with duties including;

-    Liaising with clients to resolve queries 
-    Audio typing general correspondence, legal documents and reports 
-    Maintaining filing systems
-    Booking appointments and meetings 
-    Diary management 
-    Completing Court reports 
-    Preparing documents for tax returns 
-    Processing bank transfer payments 
-    Paying invoices 

To be considered for this role you should have experience gained within a similar role within Court of Protection and possess excellent communication skills. You should have experience of dealing with clients at all levels and have the ability to prioritise clients requirements along with daily workloads.
