Are you a Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary who is seeking a varied role with a busy workload and longevity?
Our client is a highly-renowned regional law firm in West Yorkshire. They have a distinguished Residential Conveyancing department which is now looking for a dedicated Legal Secretary to join their Huddersfield office.
General duties of the Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary may include:
* Opening and closing files
* Diary and meeting management
* Audio typing
* Drafting legal correspondence
* Proficient use of the Land Registry portal
* Ordering Property searches
* Liaising with clients on a daily basis
* General administration such as photocopying, filing, faxing and scanning
To apply for this role you are required to be proficient with audio typing as well as diary and email management. Previous experience in Residential Conveyancing is ideal.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Secretary to expand on their previous experience and utilise their skills set.
