The role

The firm is seeking to hire a Commercial Property Legal Secretary to join their flourishing West End, London office.

You will be supporting the Real Estate Senior Partner with his day to day work. This will be a varied role which will have you dealing with a variety of different duties.

The Real Estate department is highly regarded and deals with a broad spectrum of clients ranging from Sovereign funds, major financial institutions, well-known international companies including many household names, high-profile entrepreneurs, public figures, and investors. You find that the department deals with a wide variety of interesting work, which includes; Commercial leases, High-value landlord and tenant, Development and Acquisitions and disposals.

Requirements

• You will be a Legal Secretary with at least 3 years' experience of dealing with commercial property work (there is no upper limit on the amount of experience)
• You will have a typing speed of at least 60 WPM
• Excellent communication skills are essential
• Salary is negotiable and dependent on your level of PQE, although up to £39k, plus an excellent benefits package
