Conveyancing Legal Secretary. A conveyancing legal secretary is required by a Salisbury law firm. The conveyancing department requires a full time conveyancing secretary to join their conveyancing team to provide support to their conveyancing fee earners. The successful conveyancing secretary will have previous experience gained in a conveyancing department and will be responsible for undertaking audio typing, opening and closing of files, office administration and arranging appointments. Excellent telephone manner and strong administration skills are required whilst taking calls from agents/clients asking for updates, drafting standard letters etc.You must also have possess fast, accurate typing and keyboard skills.
