Residential Development Legal Secretary.

A great opportunity has arisen for a Legal Secretary to join one of the UK's leading Residential Real Estate teams based in Leeds.

Specifically within Residential Real Estate, the team works on a broad range of matters; sales and acquisitions, housing and leasehold management issues - shared ownership, and right to buy for developers, investors or social housing clients.

I am looking for a Residential Development Legal Secretary who has experience of working within property/real estate to support a team of real estate partners and lawyers. The team are part of a large national team of over 200 experts that spans across the UK.

You must have a strong legal secretarial background with proven experience of working within a professional law firm. A flexible and adaptable approach is essential, as are excellent IT skills and a strong team ethic. Good communication and relationship building skills are a must, as is the ability to meet deadlines. The firm uses Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, so experience of working with these and other bespoke legal packages is necessary.

You must also be able to demonstrate strong audio typing skills (using BigHand digital dictation), be a strong team player, along with having a flexible attitude to work.

This firm has an enviable office location which is a small walk from the train station, and the office is impressive, state of the art and modern. The firm works hard to create an open culture that sets them apart from other firms. Their culture gives much more of a human feel and that's not all, alongside a competitive salary, you will receive a flexible benefits package so you can pick and choose between the benefits that matter most to you.

If you are an experienced Residential Development Legal Secretary based in Leeds, with previous property experience, then please apply via the link, or contact Rachael Atherton for further information. 0113 254 9296.
