An international law firm with an excellent reputation is seeking an experienced and confident Legal Secretary to join their busy team. You'll support Partners and other fee-earners working on a variety of matters including Offshore Finance, Corporate and Dispute Resolution matters.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Document production, and drafting correspondence;
  • Booking meetings, arranging travel, processing expenses;
  • Liaising with clients and handling telephone calls and emails;
  • Typing and drafting a variety of legal documents;
  • Preparing bundles; and
  • Opening and closing files, billing, archiving and photocopying, etc.

You will need recent experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably in an area of Corporate or Litigation. The firm is an offshore specialist, so experience with Cayman, Bermuda, BVI, Channel Islands etc would be beneficial.

You'll also have a typing speed of 65wpm+, solid confidence with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and very good written and verbal communication skills.
