Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary.
A prestigious firm in Colchester is keen to appoint an experienced Legal Secretary (2+ years' experience) into their busy and successful conveyancing department.
The ideal candidate will be a bright and efficient Legal Secretary with experience working in a conveyancing department. Your duties will include audio typing, answering the telephone, and dealing with clients. You will have a proven track record of dealing with the following:
- Completing registrations
- Completing Local Authority and other relevant pre-exchange searches
- Opening and dealing with the initial stages of Conveyancing transaction
- Producing Land registry forms
An approachable nature and great attention to detail are also essential characteristics, and you must enjoy working as part of a team.
