Legal Secretary - US Law Firm

A terrific opportunity has arisen working in the well established London office of a superb US Law Firm. This role requires an experienced Legal Secretary, preferably with experience gained across several areas of law. This role will be supporting various teams within the firm, and requires somebody adaptable, decisive and with the ability to apply their skills adeptly regardless of the type of secretarial/PA support required by an allocation. This US law firm are known for being a friendly, accommodating and progressive practice, and they are now in search of a like-minded Legal Secretary to join them on a permanent basis.

Legal Secretary - US Law Firm

The successful Legal Secretary / Legal PA will be working in a "Float" Capacity, meaning they will be asked to provide secretarial / PA support to various allocations within the firm, when cover is required. This is a permanent position, offering a varied work-load and a role where every day will be different. Needless to say this requires an individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to "hit the ground running" when it comes to picking up work from other allocations.

Legal Secretary - US Law Firm

This role will require a Legal Secretary / Legal PA to work 9am until 5pm, Monday to Friday, with very little requirement for overtime. The specific requirements for this position are as follows:

- Experience gained as a Legal Secretary / Legal PA within a reputable law practice.
- Secretarial / PA experience gained across multiple areas of law (Desirable)
- Professional proficiency gained across Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Experience of working as a "Float" Secretary would be desirable, but not essential.
- A recognised secretarial qualification, or outweighing experience.
- A real desire to undertake a varied, exciting and rewarding Float Secretary position!
