TWO NEW ROLES! Junior PA - HR Department - International Law Firm - Paying up to £27,000 + attractive bonus scheme!
Two new roles supporting the HR team in one of the most respected, award winning, Law firms across the globe. One role will support the Learning and Development team, whilst the other will support the Senior Managers within the General HR team.
Main responsibilities:
Provide Secretarial support to the Head of HR/Senior Managers
Diary management
Arranging travel
Co ordination of Projects including Reward strategy and salary review, Supporting the appraisal and performance management process, Recruitment of all partners and employees, including graduate 'trainee' recruitment and ad hoc strategic projects
Creating and amending documents
Organising training and events
Attributes/skills required:
Previous PA experience, within a Law firm/similar position within HR
Previous experience of supporting Senior Managers
Ability to communicate confidently with the wider firm and key stakeholders
Accuracy and strong eye for detail
Excellent organisational skills
Confidential, can do attitude
