My Client is an award-winning firm with a national profile based in Yorkshire, they are passionate about making a difference to people's lives.

The Role:

They have an exciting opportunity for a Family Secretary to work in a busy department, you will be responsible for assisting and supporting solicitors regarding Kinship and Adoption.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to;

  • Digital dictation
  • System use - SolCase
  • Handling client telephone calls, enquiries and requests as appropriate
  • Dealing with incoming emails and post and often corresponding as appropriate
  • Reception cover as and when required

The Successful candidate will have experience of working for a child care fee earner and you will posses excellent verbal and written communication skills, you will be experienced in working to tight deadlines and will take a methodical approach to prioritise own workload.
