A well-known international law firm seeks a candidate with a minimum of 6 months of junior legal sec/admin experience to work in their growing Manchester office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for printing, photocopying, PDF scanning and faxing
  • Preparing client files, document pack, and bundles
  • Printing, photocopying, PDF scanning and faxing
  • Billing and expenses
  • Attending team meetings
  • Data entry
  • General and ad hoc administrative support

Key Requirements:

  • 5 GCSE including English & Maths at grade C or above
  • Previous administrative experience or CILEx qualified
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
