Sacco Mann are working on an excellent opportunity for a Legal Secretary to join a traditional firm with a great reputation in Harrogate.

Our client is a highly successful and award winning firm who are reputable in the North Yorkshire area.

They are looking for someone to join their team as a Float Legal Secretary, working within Business Services.

Within this role you will have the chance to experience different areas of law gaining expertise in a wide range of departments.

This opportunity is ideal for anyone seeking a varied and flexible role.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Opening and closing files
• Diary and meeting management
• Formatting and amending documents
• Audio typing using the digital dictation system
• Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages
• Deal with enquiries from clients via email, fax and letter
• Preparing bills and ensuring up to date narratives are obtained and logged onto the system, drawing cheques, dealing with expenses and handling accounts queries
• Use a document management system to track, manage and store appropriate documentation
• General administration such as photocopying, filing, faxing and scanning

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years prior experience and be able to hit the ground running.
