Sue Ross Legal have an opportunity for a Legal Secretary to join a friendly, professional and well thought of law firm based within the South side of Sheffield. 

You will be joining the Wills and Probate team, providing support to Fee Earners and duties will include;

-    Audio and copy typing general correspondence, Wills, LPAs, file notes etc 
-    Diary management
-    Organising meetings and appointments
-    Maintaining filing and archiving systems 
-    Copying and scanning documents 
-    Answering incoming telephone calls
-    Dealing with client queries 
-    General administration duties 

The role is to start in the New Year and is ongoing on a temporary basis. 

To be considered for this role you should have copy and audio typing experience, have a very keen eye for detail, possess outstanding client care skills and be flexible and adaptable within the workplace. Experience of Wills and Probate is not essential for this role although this would be advantageous.
